SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery is currently available within the U.S, Canada, UK, and Australia We also ship to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. boxes. 

For shipping in the U.S., Canada, UK and Australia

There's a shipping FEE when you place an order. Please allow 24-48 for processing time before products are shipped and 5-20 business days for delivery depending where.

For International shipping:

Shipping costs vary by country and/or region. International shipping carrier option is UPS. This does not include custom fees that you PAY, or other duty and tax fees.

By placing your order, you are agreeing to these terms. Customers are responsible for their country's shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. Failure to pay for the custom fees will deem the package abandoned or undeliverable. In this case, if the package is returned to us you will NOT receive a refund.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For international orders:

Due to the limited quantities of each collection, we can only provide an exchange on a different size in the same product IF it is in stock. We accept returns, however, we will charge a 15% restocking fee and you are responsible for the shipping costs. SIRE will pay for any customs fees or taxes on the return.

For returns within the U.S.:

Due to the limited quantities of each collection, we can only provide an exchange on a different size in the same product IF it is in stock. We accept returns, however, you are responsible for the shipping costs. 

 

If you want to return your merchandise, you have 30 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to decide if the item is right for you. We will not accept your return if the merchandise does not have the original tags, or has been washed, worn, or damaged

 

We will refund you to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
