Which payment methods are accepted?


We accept all debit cards and major credit cards. All orders placed will be charged at the time of purchase.




What is the status of my order?


You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been placed. Please allow 24-72 hours for processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking information. If you have any concerns about your order, please fill out the form on the contact page.




Do I have to pay for shipping?


We offer two options for shipping within the U.S. Standard shipping is FREE. This does not include any fees or tax charges. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. For shipping, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
Express shipping is a flat rate of $8.50 This does not include any fees or tax charges. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. For shipping, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
For international shipping: We are currently only shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, and France. International orders are shipped via UPS. Standard and Express options are available and delivery varies by country. This also does not include any custom fees or tax charges. You are responsible for any duty or tax fees due at customs.




How do I return or exchange my item?


For international returns: Due to limited quantities of each collection, we cannot provide any exchanges on merchanidese. We accept returns, however, we will charge a 15% restocking fee and you are also responsible for shipping costs. Sire will pay for any customs fees or taxes on your return. For returns within the U.S.: Due to the limited quantities of each collection, we cannot provide any exchanges on merchandise. We accept returns, however, you are responsible for the shipping costs. If you want to return your merchandise, you have 30 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to decide if the item is right for you. We will not accept your return if the merchandise does not have the original tags, or has been washed, worn, or damaged. We will refund you to the original form of payment. When will I get my refund?


Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your money to post in your account. Normal bank processing times do apply. Please note that shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded.




Do you ship internationally?


We are currently only shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom. For international customers: By placing your order, you are agreeing to these terms. Customers are responsible for their country's shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. Failure to pay for the custom fees will deem the package abandoned or undeliverable. In this case, if the package is returned to us you will NOT receive a refund. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on international returns due to custom duties and taxes. Can I change or cancel my order?


If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at sireclothingbrand@gmail.com after placing your order. Once we have already processed your order, we are unable to make any changes and will not be able to cancel your order. If you need to cancel the order after the package has already been shipped you would have to return the package to us before you can be refunded. In the case that you want to change your order after it has already been shipped, you would have to return the package to us and place a new order. Once we have received the package and inspected it, you would then receive your refund.
