DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?Yes. We ship international. We do not ship to international PO Boxes. Free shipping on orders over $130 use code: free Locations: UK Australia Canada For international customers: By placing your order, you are agreeing to these terms: Customers are responsible for their country's shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. Failure to pay for the custom fees will deem the package abandoned or undeliverable. In this case, if the package is returned to us you will NOT receive a refund. WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been placed. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking information. If you have any concerns about your order, please fill out the form on the contact page.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?For international returns: We accept returns, however, you are responsible for shipping costs. SIRE will pay for any customs fees or taxes on your return. Due to the limited quantities of each collection, we can only provide an exchange on a different size in the same product IF it is in stock. For returns within the U.S.: All RETURNS ARE ACCEPTABLE AS LONG AS NOT WORN, WASHED, ORIGINAL TAG ON, AND NOT DAMAGED. YOU MUST PAY FOR THE RETURN FEE If YOUR NOT part of the hustlers community. ADDRESS IS AT THE BOTTOM TO SEND THEM BACK. If you want to exchange: Due to the limited quantities of each collection, we can only provide an exchange on a different size in the same product IF it is in stock. We will not accept your return if the merchandise does not have the original tags, or has been washed, worn, or damaged. WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your money to post in your account. Normal bank processing times do apply. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at sireclothingbrand@gmail.com within 48hrs of placing your order. Once we have already processed your order, we are unable to make any changes and will not be able to cancel your order. If you need to cancel the order after the package has already been shipped you would have to return the package to us before you can be refunded. In the case that you want to change your order after it has already been shipped, you would have to return the package to us and place a new order. Once we have received the package and inspected it, you would then receive your refund.
