  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

  • DO WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
    Yes, SIRE CLOTHING INC does offer free shipping for orders over $140. To redeem this offer, simply use the code "free" at checkout when your order total is over $140. This is our way of showing appreciation for your support and making shopping with us even more convenient. Please note that for orders under $140, there will be a standard shipping fee applied.   • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
    Yes. We ship international. We do not ship to international PO Boxes. Free shipping on orders over $140 use code: free Locations: Canada Australia New Zealand United Kingdom For international customers: By placing your order, you are agreeing to these terms: Customers are responsible for their country's shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. Failure to pay for the custom fees will deem the package abandoned or undeliverable. In this case, if the package is returned to us you will NOT receive a refund.   • WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been placed. Please allow 24-48 business hours for processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking information.   • HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
    For international returns within the 30 days of purchase date: We accept returns, however, you are responsible for shipping costs. SIRE will pay for any customs fees or taxes on your return. For returns within the 30 days window of purchase date in the U.S.: All RETURNS ARE ACCEPTABLE AS LONG AS NOT WORN, WASHED, ORIGINAL TAG ON, AND NOT DAMAGED. FREE RETURNS within the USA! PLEASE EMAIL US AT sireclothingbrand@gmail.com and on the subject line put RETURN ITEM. our ADDRESS IS AT THE BOTTOM TO SEND THEM BACK. If you want to exchange: Due to the limited quantities of each collection, we can only provide an exchange on a different size in the same product IF it is in stock. You pay for shipping out to us; if you LIVE in the USA. If you live outside of the USA you also pay for shipping any custom fees. We pay for it being shipped back out to you once we get the return item(s). We will not accept your return if the merchandise does not have the original tags, or has been washed, worn, or damaged. If you want to return your merchandise, you have 30 days from the purchase confirmation date of your order to decide if the item is right for you. We will refund you to the original form of payment.   • WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
    Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your money to post in your account. Normal bank processing times do apply.   • CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
    If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at sireclothingbrand@gmail.com within 48hrs of placing your order. Once we have already processed your order, we are unable to make any changes and will not be able to cancel your order. If you need to cancel the order after the package has already been shipped you would have to return the package to us before you can be refunded. In the case that you want to change your order after it has already been shipped, you would have to return the package to us and place a new order. Once we have received the package and inspected it, you would then receive your refund.
  • Are you getting more colors?
    Yes! Please add your email address to our email list. We will notify you once we add more colors.
  • Do your sizes run small?
    Yes! If you wear a medium for example size up to a large.
