You have 30 days from the day of your order confirmation to get a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your money to post in your account. Normal bank processing times do apply. Please note that shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded.

For returns within the U.S.:

All RETURNS ARE ACCEPTABLE AS LONG AS NOT WORN, WASHED, ORIGINAL TAG ON, AND NOT DAMAGED. YOU MUST PAY FOR THE RETURN. ADDRESS IS AT THE BOTTOM TO SEND THEM BACK.

If you want to do an exchange , due to the limited quantities of each collection, we can only provide an exchange on a different size in the same product IF it is in stock. So, please email us at sireclothingbrand@gmail.com to see if the size you want is available.

 

For international returns:

We accept returns and exchanges, however, you will pay for the shipping cost and SIRE will pay for any customs fees or taxes on the return.

If you want to return your merchandise, you have 30 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to decide if the item is right for you. We will not accept your return if the merchandise does not have the original tags, or has been washed, worn, or damaged. 

We will refund you to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We ship to the USA & International. We do not ship to international PO Boxes. Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order from the order date. 

USA orders will take up 3-5 Days depending on the destination

International orders will take 6-10 Days depending on the destination.

International shipping via UPS & the USA via USPS . Delivery times may vary depending on country and/or region. This does not include any taxes or fees. You are responsible for any duty or tax fees at customs.

For best results, machine wash cold, with joggers inside-out. Tumble dry low or let air dry.
