International shipping is via UPS & the USA via USPS. Delivery times may vary depending on country and/or region. This does not include any taxes or fees. You are responsible for any duty or tax fees at customs.

You have 30 days from the day of your order confirmation to get a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your money to post in your account. Normal bank processing times do apply. Please note that shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded. 

For international returns:

Due to the limited quantities of each collection, we can only provide an exchange on a different size in the same product IF it is in stock. We accept returns, however, we will charge a 15% restocking fee and you are responsible for shipping costs. SIRE will pay for any customs fees or taxes on the return.

For returns within the U.S.:

Due to the limited quantities of each collection, we can only provide an exchange on a different size in the same product IF it is in stock. We accept returns, however, you are responsible for the shipping costs. 

If you want to return your merchandise, you have 30 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to decide if the item is right for you. We will not accept your return if the merchandise does not have the original tags, or has been washed, worn, or damaged. 

We will refund you to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
